Qt 3 to Qt 4 Migration Webcast Recording Now Available

Message 1 in thread

If you missed the live webcasts of Integrated Computer Solutions' (ICS)
Moving from Qt 3 to Qt 4 presentation, you can now get access to the
recording online. The presentation is an introduction to porting software
from Qt 3 to Qt 4 -- an important topic since many developers have
applications that need to be migrated to the new Qt 4 API. It covers the
basic steps of migration, the provided porting tools, and areas of potential
difficulty. Some sample programs from Qt 3 are used as porting examples.
Major points covered include:

* Benefits of Qt 4
* Qt 3 Support module
* Porting to Qt 4
* New model/view classes
* New container classes and iterators
* Qt Designer
