Riverbank Computing is pleased to announce the release of QScintilla v2.2 
available from http://www.riverbankcomputing.co.uk/qscintilla/.

QScintilla is a port to the Qt toolkit of the popular Scintilla editor widget 
(http://www.scintilla.org).  Like Qt, QScintilla is available under the GPL 
(v2 and v3) and a commercial license.

QScintilla may be built against either Qt v4 or Qt v3.

QScintilla/Scintilla is particularly useful as the basis of a programmer's 
editor and is incorporated in many commercial and open source IDEs, including 
eric4 from http://www.die-offenbachs.de/eric/.

QScintilla's features include:

    - syntax highlighting for over 40 languages (including C++, Java, Python,
      Ruby, Perl, C#, VisualBasic, HTML, XML)
    - code folding
    - error indicators
    - auto-completion
    - call tips
    - brace matching
    - macro recording and playback
    - multiple views of the same document.
