Hi, Dawid.
Would you mind upgrading to Qt Jambi 4.3.4 to see if the problem is fixed?

If it is not, it would be interesting to know if 1. There are any
exceptions reported in your error view (should be available in the list
of views in Eclipse) and 2. if there are any detailed exception stack
traces available for the windows that display the error circle and white
cross.
Also, could you try closing all windows related to Qt Jambi before
shutting down Eclipse and see if that fixes the problem? I.e. make sure
the default workspace when you start up Eclipse the next time does not
contain any Qt Jambi views or windows.
(by the way, I do use the "Eclipse 3.3 + Qt Jambi GPL + Eclipse
Integration for MingW" setup at home, and it works fine for me there.)
