Updated the Qt/WinCE Technology Preview package

We have updated the Qt/WinCE Technology Preview package, as some of you 
experienced problems using it together with the Visual Studio 
Integration for Qt. Both the package on trolltech.com and the same 
package on pepper.troll.no has been updated.

If you have experienced no problems or are not using the package 
together with the Visual Studio Integration for Qt, you can ignore this 
mail.

The problem was that after installing the Technology Preview, the Visual 
Studio Integration for Qt would complain that your Qt license had 
expired. This has now been fixed with the new package and will not be a 
problem for new users.

For users who have already installed the previous package together with 
the Visual Studio Integration for Qt, there are two workarounds:

1)
  - Re-install the Visual Studio Integration for Qt

or

2)
  - Open the registry
  - Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Trolltech\Qt4VS200*
  - Insert your Qt license key under LicenseKey
