[Qtce-preview-feedback] CSIDL_PROGRAM_FILES related problem

Hi,

the reason for this error message is usually one of these:

1. Your device needs certificates
2. Incomplete deployment (out of memory?)
3. Wrong Windows CE SDK
4. Your specific Windows CE build lacks components needed by. Qt (By 
default we only support the Standard SDK.)
5. Sometimes Visual Studio needs to be restarted
