[Qtce-preview-feedback] FOSS development based on the Qt for Windows CE

Hi,
This is my first post to this list so first I'd like to say hello!
Perhaps the issue I'm going to touch has been discussed already
but I could not find any answer or clear statement in the archives.
On the download page
(http://trolltech.com/developer/downloads/qt/qt-windows-ce/)
there is staid:
"Qt/WinCE is currently available under a special preview license for
testing and feedback only. This technology preview is not intended for
production coding,"
also, the package name consists of word "commercial".
Could anybody explain what does the term "production coding" mean here
and what implications it makes regarding development of non-commercial
Open Source Software?
I'm considering to port one of my projects from Windows CE-only API
and Windows Template Library to Qt for Windows CE. The project is Open
Source. I understand the status of Qt for Windows CE as an unstable
preview for testing but even that I'd do not mind to use use for that
purpose.
I have legal copy of Visual Studio 2005 + number of devices and SDKs,
so I believe I'm well prepared regarding the environment.
The only concerns I have are about legal issues. So, I'd be very
thankful if someone could clarify to me and suggest how can I legally
use Qt for Windows CE to develop a FOSS project?
Best regards
