[Qtce-preview-feedback] A note no the installation guide

Hi,

I'd have one suggestion to the "Installing Qt/Windows CE" chapter in the 
manual. IMHO it would be more clear if Step 3 is divided into two 
separate steps: configuring and building.

These sub-steps require different configuration of the environment,
so I believe it should be emphasized by steps separation.

Then users will clearly see that configuring requires environment
of the "big" Visual C++ 2005 which must *not* be polluted with Windows 
CE settings.
But, the building requires Windows CE settings to be added to the env.
