So far we only provided commercial packages, which could be used for

As you already mentioned, Qt for Windows CE is currently in an unstable 
preview state. This implies, that we do not guarantee Qt/WinCE will work 
without any flaws in its current version. Production coding in that 
context means, that you cannot ship commercial products yet, which are 
based on Qt/WinCE due to previously mentioned reasons.
We simply want to assure that Qt/WinCE is stable enough before we want 
cool projects out there :)
