Yes, I'm sure the manual is perfectly correct. Though, my
suggestion is to emphasize there are two different environment 
configurations used.

When I attempted to build the Qt/WinCE for the first time,
I caught in my own trap of a rut ;-) and just skimmed verbatim parts 
with commands/paths presented, I wrote .bat that makes up the 
environment with all stuff included and... compilation failed with 
messages related to incorrect use of C headers, etc.

I opened Thunderbird and started to write to the list, then a small LED 
blinked in my head and I got back to the manual and find out that there 
are two distinct stages in which two different compilers are used, 
though both compilers have the same name cl.exe.

So, just to make others life easier... ;-)
