for completeness I would like to comment on this item....

Snapshots are generated daily and represent the latest state of our port 
of Qt for Windows CE. The preview packages we have provided earlier were 
published as soon as a new milestone (usually additional modules ported 
or migrating to a new Qt version) has been reached and further polishing 
has been done.

So the preview-packages were always intended to be at a mature state, 
while for the snapshots we even do not guarantee compilation support.
