Actually I guess the same. Our automatic deployment currently asks for 
msvcr80(d).dll, while Visual Studio 2008 probably has another version (9.0).
Can you confirm that the library name has been changed?
It's usually located in "<Visual Studio Directory>\vc\ce\Dll\armv4i"
