Debugger for QSA
Message 1 in thread
Hi all,
just reading the documentation for QSA and wondering, why there was a
debugger in qsa-x11-free-beta1:
http://xmelegance.org/devel/qsa-x11-free-beta1/doc/html/qsa-6.html
which allowed to set breakpoints and to view variable contents,
but there is none in newer versions. Is it a special feature of the
licensed version?
Thanks for your input,
Mathias

Hi Mathias,
In the early beta stage of QSA it was integrated with Qt Designer and
provided some debugging capabilities, but this was abandoned for a
number of reasons.
We will introduce a debugger in the next major version of QSA.
best regards,
Gunnar

Which will be 1.3?
I would highly appreciate the possibility of setting
breakpoints, viewing variable contents, proceeding step-by-step. Will
those features be included?
Is there any beta out of such a release?
Best regards,
Mathias
