Console elements on screen

Hallo, I'm using SuSE 10.0 QtopiaCore-4.1.4. Sometimes, when i work with my application on framebuffer for a long time, some elements of console suddenly appears. I mean that application displays, and there is region on screen where console displays. What can it be ? May be it caused by signals (Linux signals) (I'm using "Ctrl+V", "Alt+C", "F9", "F10", "F11" etc. shortcuts ) ?
