Keyboard-state accessors??

There were already a lot of users demanding functions to access the
keyboard state.
Could you please add those to the API. There are several cases, where it

is hard  or impossible
to remember the key-events. Currently i need the state during dragging,
but the QDragMoveEvent doesn't tell me :-(
