sure what exactly you're lookign for though. Visualization software for
medical use (with volume rendering etc.)?
Anyhows, you could also mosey through Scientific Applications on Linux:

field if that's of any interest.

Oh, and I think VTK has been used for "medical visualization" (again, if

I am working of software for real-time measurement and control in
rt-linux. The software uses Qt for the GUI. Please visit www.rtlab.org
