AW: no Qt toolbar in VC++6 Autorenversion

Hello Andreas,
you have to copy the "qmsdev.dll" to the Visual C++ Installation path:
C:\Programme\Microsoft Visual Studio Common\MSDev98\AddIns
That's it.
