Removing title bar

Hi All!
I have penetrated message archive and found that actually there's no answer
how to remove title bar in particular window. For example, i need to remove
title bar from my toolbar (actually my customer wants that). It's always
undocked and i provided special area to grag this toolbar.
I tried to use ~WStyle_Title flag when calling tool bar constructor. This
solution works fine under Windows XP, 2000 and Linux, but i got crash under
Win98 :(
Please, could you suggest me a way to get rid of the title bar?

Hi!
I'm really sorry for wrong date on my system! I've not intended to be on
top. I just forgot to set right date after some experiments with my
application.
Please, don't be angry for my mistake :)
PS. Could you, please, help me with my problem described below?

Is there a reason the date on your system is ahead by about 3 days?
This really messes up e-mail for those of us who order messages by
date. I simply delete all of your messages...I don't like them to be at
the top of the list for 3 days.
