Access objects of another window

I need to close all the windows opened.I got the WIds of all the 
opened windows with the help of KModule class, and was able to 
close it.But when when applications like Kword or Kspread is 
open,it gives a messagebox asking whether to save the file.Is 
there any way to activate the OK button of this message box from 
our program.

PLease do help me
