Displaying problems in all QT apps

All applications that are based on QT look totally messed up. I uploaded a screenshot, so you can judge for yourself: http://www.saschamueller.com/screenshot.png

This is not a compilation problem, since it also occurs when I run Opera 6 with (precompiled) statically linked QT (see http://www.saschamueller.com/opera.png). This also includes QT 3 apps.

Once I had the same problem. Deleting ~/.qt/* solved it for me.
Probably you should do a backup before deleting the files :-)
