Qt/Windows installation problem.

Hello All,
I installed Qt on Windows. While reading the README-FIRST(kind of) file,
I find that in TOOLS->CUSTOMIZE->Addins and MACRO tab I can't find
anything related to Qt. The dosument says when this add in is selected,
the Qt build mini-bar is shown.
ANy one who has had success with this?
