Unable to use Qt Free Edition 2.3 MS Dev Studio Add-in

Hi...
I hope I am writing to the appropriate list...
I have a problem. I am running WinXP and MS Visual C++ 6.0. I have
downloaded and installed the Qt free edition and when I go to add the add-in
into visual studio, I get the following error...
C:\qt\bin\qmsdev.dll
Unable to register this add-in because its DllRegisterServer returns an
error.
Any suggestions or hints are greatly appreciated!
