Toolbars list by right clicking on menubar area.

Hi all,
I am studying $(QTDIR)\examples\mainwindows\application example.
That is the simple application with menu and toolbar. When you press
right button of mouse on toolbar area you can see list of available
toolbars (File, Edit). When you deselect all items in that list you
can't turn on any toolbar anymore because it is impossible to view
available toolbars list. How to see that list of toolbars not only
by right clicking on toolbar area but also by right clicking on
menubar area?
