From experience it seems that Trolltech runs two support databases.   The number you have is the internal support database of which the issue could be triaged into tasktracker once your bug is verified.

I'm sure TaskTracker would get very cluttered with general questions and false alarms if everything went to tasktracker.

after sending my "Bug in QTestLib" mail to qt-bugs, I received an email 
stating

However, http://www.trolltech.com/developer/tasktracker.html doesn't 
know about this number. What am I supposed to do with that? Any hints, 
somebody?
