Message 1 in thread

Hi,

I've sent over 10 mails to qt-interest-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with "unsubscribe" in subject and/or body of the mail.
But I still keep on getting all the mails.

Please help me out on this.

Puneet

Have you paid the unsubscription fee? No? Thought so. This is the reason
why we won't let you go.

Of perhaps the reason is you wrote to the wrong address:

To unsubscribe - send a mail to qt-interest-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with
"unsubscribe" in the subject or the body.

Puneet,

This from the link below (did you use quotes / did you put in body of
message?):

How to unsubscribe: Send the word "unsubscribe" (without the quotes) in the
body of a message to qt-interest-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx and you'll be removed.

This is not enough. You then get a receipt which you *have* to send back
to confirm you really want to unsubscribe. Otherwise anyone could
unsubscribe (or subscribe) you against your will.

So did you get a receipt?

Then you may be sending your request from an e-mail address different
from the one you subscribed with, for example:
	puneetr@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
instead of:
	puneet.rastogi@xxxxxxxxxx

Hi,

I had the same problem, too, and for me it helped to send "unsubscribe
my@xxxxxxxx" instead of only "unsubscribe".

Ralf
