Any Qt module for getting info about processes?

Are there any Qt module that allows finding out the name of the
Application currently
having user fokus.
If not, can someone please point me to a GPL compatible library
offering this functionality.
I need solutions for Windows and X-Windows. I already know how to
solve this task on Mac OS X.
Any help appreciated.
