[Qt3] Error using QuickTime 7.1.5 with QAxWidget
Message 1 in thread
Has anyone managed to get the new version of QuickTime (7.1.5) to work
with QAxWidget?
(I've also asked this on the QuickTime API list, but no response so
far.)
After calling QAxWidget::setControl(), to initialise QuickTime, and then
using QAxWidget::dynamicCall() to call the QuickTime function SetURL(),
my app checks for when the movie has completed loading by calling
GetPluginStatus() repeatedly until the value returned is "Complete".
This works fine in QuickTime 7.1.3, but in 7.1.5 GetPluginStatus()
always returns "Error: -50".
A colleague is also unable to use his existing Delphi applications with
QuickTime.
Any ideas/workarounds? Is this something to do with the security changes
in 7.1.5?
Thanks

Hi,
Is someone used both Qt and DataWindows components of Powerbuilder?
I have no experience with powerbuilder database visualisation component
and should have some infos about Qt vs DataWindows.
If someone can give me his knowledge or link(s) about a such comparison?
thank you.
Veronique.
