QAbstractEventDispatcher example

Hello,
	Has anyone used QAbstractEventDispatcher to provide for one's own  
event handler? Essentially, I have a window and i want it to handle  
its own event loop.
However it should be non modal too.
	Would anyone have any example code? i havent seen subclasses of  
QAbstractEventDispatcher.
