We are building an audio widgets toolbox for Qt4[1] and most of the widgets would benefit a lot of having specialized property editors on the property sheet. For example for QColor and QGradient properties but also to choose pixmap collections (sets of related pixmaps with a leading) and other specialized properties for our widgets we need to bind widgets to our audio core. QDesignerPropertySheetExtension[2] seems to be the answer but no example on what you can do with it. And the interface just seems to provide setters and getters for values.
