Qt 4.2.3 Integration in .NET 2003, QtVSIP

Under Windows XP Professional, when starting Visual Studio .NET 2003
with VS Integration 1.2.2. for Qt4.2.3, we get the error message
The QtVSIP ({789202F4-94F5-4F0A-AA00-73295FEBFD68}) did not load ...
Working with the Administrator account, which had been used for
installation, all is fine.
Working with a "normal" user account, which has full permissions over
the installation directories and over some possibly relevant registry
keys, we get the cited error message.
No problems under Win 2k, no problems on some installations under XP -
but I dd not find out, what makes the difference.
Glad to get some advice ...
