I installed the Qwt widgets on my system.  If I run QtDesigner I see the 
Qwt widget set available.  If I run eclipse the widgets do not show up 
in the 'Qt Widget Box'.  Is there something I need to do to enable them 
in the Qt Widget Box?  Any help is appreciated.

Configuration:
Eclipse version: 3.2.2 (Windows platform)
CDT version: 3.1.2.200702150621
Qt: 4.3.0
Qt-Eclipse-Integration: 0.0.7
Qwt: 5.0.2
