Qt Dialog to Web page?

I have a Qt Dialog interface to a system which I would like to
make the basis of an interactive web page interfacing to the system. 
Is there any way to do this, or must I start from scratch in Java?

Yes. Make an activeX control, and then insert into your html.

I should have made it clear that the O/S is Fedora 7 using Qt 4.3
