[4.3.0] Widgets' text not vertically aligned in horizontal layout

Message 1 in thread

I just noticed this, but it may have existed in previous Qt 4
versions. I'm updating an old app from 3.3.6 to 4.3.0 and I noticed
that at least on the Mac version, widgets that are in a horizontal
layout that have text (eg. QLabel, QCheckBox) are at slightly
different heights, making for an uneven look. This didn't happen in
3.3.6.

This is happening in a programmatically generated GUI as well as in
Designer, so it should be easy to see it in action. Just put a QLabel
and a QCheckBox next to each other in Designer and lay them out
horizontally. Preview the form and drag one of the floating palettes
under the text lines (as a ruler). The CheckBox's text is one pixel
higher.
