Question about QSlider

Hi all, 
I jave appreciated a lot the adding into qt 4.3.0 of the dot line border 
around QSlider widget when it is focused.
With the default setting scha dot line border is black or very dark grey;
if I change the background color to blue the dot line border becames very 
light yellow;
How can I selet such a dot line border color?
