QToolbar Problems

Dear All, Hi
I have a QToolbar object containing lots of icons( They are QActions filled with these icons).These icons have been designed in two size modes( 16x16 and 24x24 ) .When we select the 16 size mode the 16x16 icon set should be shown and when we select 24 size mode, the 24x24 set should be shown on the toolbar.
But when they are loaded in 16x16 and we change the size mode to 24, the spaces between these 24x24 icons are too small and they are tagged to each other.When we do vice versa, the spaces between these items are big.
Does any body know how I can use a dynamic stretch or space between QToolbar items?
