Hello, happy 2008 to all!

If design a form in the designer and to set the properties of the window so they are not resized and put this form within an application as MDI daughter (using QMdiSubWindow), these properties are not met, including holding the buttons of the traditional window (minimize, maximize , close). How can I fix this?
