Using Qt's Git repo, Is this able to be successfully compiled on Win32?  
I'm running into a few issues, but I can post them after I get 
conformation that this can be compiled on win32, or if it's targeting 
Linux at this current time (with the whole KDE4 ordeal).

Yes, it's supposed to work on Windows. But only the released versions are 
guaranteed to. Snapshots and other sources can be expected to break every 
now and then.
