Issue with Help menu item

Dear All,
I'm a newbie to Qt. I've a small issue with the help menu item. The
short cut for the help menu item is given as F1 in the .ui file. While
the application is compiled and run on Mac, the short cut is getting
changed to cmd+?. In windows it's showing as F1 itself. Does Qt do
anything internally to change the short cut key? I've checked all the
ui_xxx.h files and the .ui files as well. The short cut is mentioned
as F1 itself. Can anyone put some light on it?
