SWT-API for Qt-Jambi

In the Eclipse's newsgroup, there is interesting post [1] about making a 
binding of SWT and Qt-Jambi, where they are asked for the incompatibilidades 
that there are between the licenses of both projects.  Could somebody of 
TrollTech clarify something?
