Eclipse plugin

Greetings,
the documentation and the Trolltech web page mention in several places
that there is a Qt Jambi plugin for Eclipse. I have not been able to
find the download for this plugin and it doesn't seem to be included
in the technology preview download either.
Is this plugin not available yet or am I missing something?

For instructions on downloading, go to the following page:

Follow the link to the download page. Here you will find both the Qt
Jambi package and the Eclipse integration package (which is on the
bottom of the download page.)
