Outlook for beta version

Message 1 in thread

Is there a new outlook for when the beta version will be released? Last I
heard, it was end of January, but that has clearly passed.

Hi, Steve.

We apologize for the delay. Expect the beta to be released very soon,
however. It's just around the corner. I'll send an announcement to this
mailing list when it is available.

Thanks, Eskil. I've built a tool on QtJambi that I'd really like to preview
for my customers, which is why I'm anxious for the beta. Any idea if the
beta license will allow releases of GPL software built on QtJambi?

Unfortunately the answer is no; the license for the beta is still the
preview license. We are, however, aware that this is an increasingly
pressing matter for many users.
