problem with Japanese language

I am facing problem in configuring my application in Japanese, I followed full procedure what written in 'Internationalization with Qt'. After running it correctly showed form title in Japanese but remaining text on form disappeared.
I tried to run Arrow Pad Example under linguist category in Japanese, but facing same problem.
suggest some way, what I am doing wrong.
