   I have just started to try out QT4 on my upgraded SuSE Linux 10.2 
system.  I bought the book C++ GUI programming with QT4 by Blanchette 
and Summerfield.  The first step is to create a small program and then 
type qname -project.  (I have also verified that QT4 is installed)  But 
in issuing the command nothing is returned and the CPU usage goes way up.

    What gives?
