QToolTip and QWhatsThis HTML code in Qt3

Hi,

we're using HTML code for QWhatsThis help texts which should also be 
displayed with QToolTip. Some of that texts contain German Umlaute which 
are encoded like ü etc. 

While QWhatsThis displays these characters correctly, QToolTip displays 
them in raw format. Is there any way to avoid that (and keep a common 
text definition for the help texts) ?
