Qt/X11, Qt/Mac OS X 4.3 Beta - Font sizes of preedit text and inserted text are different

Font sizes of preedit text and inserted text are different. The size of
inserted text should be the same size of preedit font for the attached case.
I reported this problem about one year ago. And I pointed this problem a
couple of times. But it is still not fixed. This problem is serious for us
Japanese to input Japanese texts. Why this problem is not fixed for a long
time?
