Format *.ts file bug ? qt-win-opensource-src-4.3.0-snapshot-20070415

When i try open qt_ru.ts and other translates from
qt-win-opensource-src-4.3.0-snapshot-20070415 snapshot i get error, see
attach. I try linguist 4.2.3 and him open our .ts files, but can't open
translates from snapshots. File format is changed but linguist not
rewrited ?

I expect the problem is with file truncation, as the error message suggests,
but I can't be more specific than that.
Do you still have the same problem with recent snapshots?
