qt designer won't allow object name changes on QGroupBox, qt-4.3.0-20070505

drag a new GroupBox into a new widget,
change its QWidget::enabled property to false,
change its QGroupBox::checkable property to true,
change its QGroupBox::checked property to false
when you now try to change the object name (from either the object inspector
or the groupbox itself) then this dialog is completely disabled as well even
the OK and Cancel buttons...

We are able to reproduce this here. The fix may not make it to 4.3.0
though since we are close to the release.
