the documentation of the following method mentiones a Qt::TextWordBreak which 
is not existing - probably a typo and the one it should be is 
Qt::TextWordWrap?

QRect QFontMetrics::boundingRect ( const QRect & rect, int flags, const 
QString & text, int tabStops = 0, int * tabArray = 0 ) const
