Qt eclipse integration rc1 Resource Editor "out of sync"

I delete .h file in Navigator tab and see popup Resource editor,
i press OK and go to tab for editing source .pro file, and i get
"Resource is out of sync with the file system: 'my_pro_file.pro'"
