New button on the .pro file does not show up

Hello Eike,

I notice that there is still an issue with the .pro file not providing
all the necessary information if not open to a specific size window.
Notice on the screen shots that the scope explorer the <global Scope>
and on the order editor the output template and the new button
disappears...
