QWebView Designer plug-in - is it publicly available?

Message 1 in thread

Dear Trolls,

I was happy reading the webkit blog @ TT labs site and am curious about
that QWebView plug-in for Designer. Have been browsing the source tree
and git repo of Qt 4.4 but couldn't find it anywhere. So my question is,
is or will it be public available? I would be very happy, because I'd
like to experiment with some of my "brainstorm stuff" and would be
easier to use Designer for it rather than pure coding. :)

Thank you in advance!

If you compile with webkit enabled (the default) QWebView should just appear
in the widget list on the left hand side.
